Nye Frank, His work was his passion. He was killed on August 5th 2007. The Friday two days before this he got the final on his new home. He was so happy, we were celebrating. He got his shop moved in of course before the house furnishings on Saturday. Nye and I walked his new shop and he was delighted how everything was in the right place for work. He was starting a project on 3 new pro off road trucks with Rob McCcren a great driver. We walked the shop and every station how it was perfect. He told me that night how much his reputation meant to him and how excited he was to build the trucks for this project with Rob to drive. Sunday morning I went to church, I stopped for Mc Donald s. Nye and the family ate and we planned the move. Nye walked across the street to get something. My mom said lets drive back with the clean laundry. Nye wanted to get a newspaper as he always did every day. He was attacked brutally in front of Lee his wife. The guy was yelling something at Nye and Lee two houses from their home at the corner mail boxes on a dirt country road. He came marching up in big long strides yelling. Nye had already gotten out of the car and bought a newspaper his wife in the car with his bird a cockatoo, car running and door open. The guy came up on the road and was yelling at Nye. The guy jumped up in the air, (Nye had enough time to pull Lee out of harms way, Nye never hit Ty) he punched 68 year old Nye Frank, then grabbed him by the head and dropped off his feet to slam Nye into the gravel ground. Stood back up and jumped up and came down on his knees into Nye's back. Then while Nye was passed out he flipped him over by grabbing his shirt and belt. Jumped on his chest bouncing on it while he was punching and choking Nye. Lee said he was doing this while Nye was passed out and shaking like in convulsions. Mom kept asking him to stop and looking for help but no one was around. She said Ty was doing what the wrestlers on TV do. So she tapped him on the shoulder twice like the reffs but he would not stop. So she got into the car thinking maybe she could get close and pull Nye into the car. Only when Ty saw the car coming did he get off of Nye. Nye came to and got into the car. Mom asked him who that was. He tried to say the name but she could not understand him. She said we better go to the hospital. She told Nye let me put on a clean shirt and we will go. Mom drove the two houses back, they went into the house. Mom in a hurry to change. I came in to see what to move and found Nye dead. My mom had one arm in her shirt. I hopped into my car to get the retired doctor across the street. He and his daughter a nurse worked on Nye with CPR. But he was gone. They said air would not go into the lungs only the stomach. The next terrible victimization started for months by the killer his family and Riverside authorities who acted like a third world gang. It still has not ended. We are hoping someone helps get the attorney general to step in and do what is right. We miss Nye Frank. Mom and I have had many sleepless nights and nightmares. Nye Frank never hit. I was his step daughter and I was never yelled at by him or hit. He led a very public life and never has been a fighter. He was a crew cheif of many young men. My mom and I have filed a case to try to get this cleared up. Ty Reddish father is on the sheriff recording statting to the head detective and the prosecutor Daima Calhoun that he was coached on what to say to get out of this by Brian Floyd who was chief deputy under Rod Pacheco when he was a assemblyman. Ty bends down in the video(to avoid the camera) and asks the detectives do I say how I used the side guard, swing guard to choke the old guy? They share a laugh. Ty's parents staked Lee, neighbors and family. We contacted the Sheriff and Da office both saying they could not do anything about that. APS was contacted by me 3 times with zero reply. Later after investigating I found the property Ty was at was transferred to his mother from a guy in his 90's who was a good friend of Lee's since she was 16. Ty's mother was the grocery girl. Her friend Diana Dimmagio (temp judge in San Bernardino recent Times article about investigating the probate court where she works) who is a attorney and was in prior times a Riverside prosecutor. Her husband is Lawrence Taylor also a attorney and it seems good friends with Rod Pacheco. Three days after the original owner of the property died Diana Dimaggio was now the trustee of his trust. The daughter we are told was told that if she fought it she would get nothing, and if she did not fight it she would get 10k. She did not have the money to fight. The house burned down during the Esperanza fire. It's the house the governor visited. ( The Governor also go's to Norco High to talk often where Phil Reddish works as a wrestling coach and teaches government classes.) The Reddish family did not bother insuring it because it was free I guess. Somehow they got the house replaced free. My mom had to pay the SBA loans with Nye's life insurance money. The bloody shirt was what Ty was wearing. A fireman's shirt. The firemen played into the ol boys club and put down no visible injuries. Pictures tell the true story. Nye also was a fireman in the past at the Beverly Hills fire Department. During Esperanza fire Nye and his friend Dave Clark put the fire out on his neighbors house with buckets of water from Nye's duck pond and shovels. You could say he was the 6th fireman lost. The fire was started by one person. Nye had many participate in covering up for a friend's kid his death. 27 year old Ty Reddish as the neighbors say always has been able to get his dad Phil Reddish to get him out of trouble. The CHP was called just a couple of months before this incident and never came. Ty was acting violent and had a accident, he was on probation and no license. The owners of the home called chp a couple of times. Somehow Ty's dad just shows up instead. CHP refused to make a report. Court records were changed in the system saying he had no other open cases. There seems to be a lot of family and strong ol boys club in Riverside. There was about 20+ people involved in this so that means 20+ more favors in Riverside. it's painful and I hope it stops one day. But it won't stop till people stand up and hold people accountable. People tell me they are afraid and it is dangerous. Yes it is dangerous. Look at the prosecutor that was killed along with his family when investigating 4 members of the Riverside sheriff department. Imagine the detective Patrick Williams that broke up the Desert Springs Corruption ring in the Sheriff department is the one who contacted me to get the sheriff report and autopsy. The chief deputy Mike Rushton of the DA office (promoted to Judge)claimed privacy(for him) and sealed Nye's autopsy x-rays and lab. Nye's autopsy states a natural cause of death with homicide. The case was closed behind closed doors illegally a administrative closing of a homicide has 4 requirements to close it. This case does not meet any of them. We filed a case against the county. We have had almost every tactic used on us. Calhoun told me if my mom and I continued to investigate this case she would arrest Lee. When I had gone to the DA office I requested a elder advocate. We were told Riverside did not have one. Then I was Rod Pacheco got a award for elder crime victims advocate program. I called Kim Emmerling to ask for a appointment to find out why we were told they did not have a elder advocate and Rod got a award. she emailed me back she was quitting. Someone emailed me a document stating the supervisors let Rod use victims funds for hiring staff. Is that illegal? The bad experiences go on and on. I use to think corruption is in third world countries and I was proud to be a American. We have our own bad guys here, we don't have to go overseas. 20 bad favors can affect a lot of families. It's not just us it could be you or your dad next.
