72 year old Lee Frank threatened by Riverside Prosecutor

When I went to the DA office I was told if my mother and I kept pursuing this case they (Prosecutor Daima Calhoun) would arrest her for attacking 27 year old Ty Reddish professionally trained in wrestling and Judo and admitted to using the techniques in his attack.

68 year old Nye Frank was beat and strangled in front of his wife while they had gone to buy a news paper. The killers dad Phil Reddish states on sheriff recording he is friends with Brian Floyd who was the Cheif Deupty of Rod Pacheco when he was a Assemblyman. He states that Brian coached him on what to say and how to handle this. On sheriff recording he states this to the head homicide detective and the prosecutor.

After the autopsy lab work was done Dawn the daughter of Nye Frank spoke to the homicide detective Jesse Martinez and he stated that the report from the coroner came back as homicide. I went to the Main DA Office in Riverside County. Requesting who would be the prosecutor in this case. First the Victims department could not even find the case in the system. After 5 calls it was found on the detectives desk.

Autopsy report request came back denied due to it being ruled a homicide.
