called Jesse Martinez regarding Glasses and investigation

Ty his father and brother go to the property two doors from us, and start working again.

Every time someone drives by or to get the mail they greet them they waive to them

including us. They go door to door telling people that Nye attacked Ty.

We were in shock. I called the Sheriff and told them we are having the service for Nye at

our new home that Nye just completed and never got to spend one night at. We asked

them for our guest safety and the Reddish family safety could they please request they stay

away during this time. All went really well and the neighbors were great. Thank you Lord!!

I kept hearing about different things about Ty, like selling illegal guns, drug dealing. But

when I asked people about reporting stuff they were afraid. I asked the Sheriff department

to make a way for people to report safely. I experienced being greatly humbled.

We had called the Sheriff office and asked them why they had not taken the eye glasses. I

asked them what they are doing about the investigation. Jesse Martinez informed me that

they were not investigating the case. He said the prosecutor and he were at the autopsy

and said the coroner said it was a heart attack and there would not be charges or a

investigation. I asked to talk to Jesse's boss but I could not get a call back. I went down to

the main Sheriff office and they did not know anything about the case. It was not in the

system. Finally after 5 different departments the lady helping me find Jesse's office and

basically found the case to be on his desk.

I had sent a letter to the coroner asking if Nye had a heart attack and where was the

blockage, what was the color around the blockage. I kept calling to see if someone at the

Sheriffs office would meet with me. Finally I got a call that I would be met. I thought I was

meeting with the coroner but at the coroners office was John Shultz and Dan Wilhelm .
