The LAPD shall continue to implement procedures with respect to search warrants and probable cause arrest warrants as defined in the LAPD manual (commonly known as "Ramey" warrants), which require, among other things, that a supervisor shall review each request for a warrant and each affidavit filed by a police officer to support the warrant application.
